Services
Clearridge Digital LLC (“Clearridge”) provides web design, development, AI consulting, SEO, and related digital services. All services are subject to a written agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Monthly services are billed monthly with no long-term contract. One-time services require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom website designs and code created for their project. Clearridge retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Clearridge Digital's liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
